We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our Retail Operations Team here at Jensten.

As one of our Operations Executives, you will work closely with the business leaders and other key stakeholders to support the delivery of our strategic priorities for our 5 centres of excellence.

You will be predominately home based with occasional visits to our various offices based around the UK.

Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:

  • Support the business with strategic objective delivery
  • Provide monitoring and support for strategic initiatives and support their project management
  • Drive consistent, highperformance delivery across our 5 key centres of excellent
  • Provide feedback to the wider team on all relevant matters, e.g. products, development, marketing etc.
  • Have a good understanding of all current initiatives
  • Provide support and analysis on various issues that are identified during general dealings with the wider retail business
  • Support Operations Manager with regular operational reports
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager, Retail Trading Operations Director and the wider Retail Operations Team on all areas of the operational processes
  • Keeping projects on task, identifying weaknesses and escalating issues

About you


As our Operations Executives, you will need to be organised, have the ability to build good working relationships with effective communication skills.


We are looking to attract somebody with previous experience within the Insurance industry (other financial services sectors will be considered) and the ability to monitor and support projects and processes.


You'll also be or have:

  • A background in MI and reporting, with insurance industry knowledge being very beneficial
  • Be extremely organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel
  • The ability to build strong working relationship and communicate information effectively
  • Drive and enthusiasm to deliver and make change happen
