About the role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be supporting the profitable growth of our client's business by providing strong assistance for internal teams on creating user ID's whilst proving response to the ticketing systems and phone requests that occasionally comein.
This role will mirror similar competencies of a 1 line support member through assistance and resolutions.Tell me more, tell me moreOur client is currently looking for a new recruit in joining their Technology & Innovation Team, please read on You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 8:30am-5:00pm Mondayto Friday.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
The must haves:
- Previous experience as a fulfilment or service desk analyst.
- Strong understandings of IT Identity Management Functions.
- Computer proficiency with the beneficial ability to use Remedy.
- Exposure of presenting information to technical and nontechnical teams across the organisation.
- Ability to work in effective manner to produce consistent results, independently and part of a closeknit team.
Other stuff we're potentially looking for:
- An understanding of Sox & PSN Governance Framework.
- Ability to understand business requirements & impact assess against operational requirements.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own workloads and incorporate changing priorities based on own knowledge and judgements.
- Having a innovate mindset to continuously look to develop systems and processes to enhance the experience and improve efficiency, streamlining day to day activities.
- This is a 25week contract.
- A day rate, inscope IR35, as a premium of £ PAYE) or £150.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
- This role provides a remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our stateoftheart office in Leeds, twice a week.
