Duties and responsibilities related to the Groups & MICE Sales Manager role

·Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales for the groups and MICE segments.

·Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in the MICE sector and use insights from market analysis to refine sales strategies and approaches.

·Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the groups and MICE segments.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and agencies to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

·Conduct site inspections, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to prospective clients and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

·Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to develop and execute integrated sales strategies.

About you

·Excellent strategic planning, client acquisition, event coordination, and team leadership to achieve revenue and growth targets is essential. Your adaptability and proactive approach ensure alignment with business objectives. Experience in a similar role is essential.
