MICE AND GROUPS SALES MANAGER

- Up to 20% bonus
You will oversee the management of MICE and Groups sales, driving sales growth for the hotel, both with existing accounts and through proactive sales efforts.
- Develop a sales strategy to maximize MICE business.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Utilize Market Intelligence reports to stay informed about competitors in the local area and adjust sales tactics to increase the hotel's market share.
- Achieve budget goals for the MICE segment including room nights, room revenue, event room rentals, and F&B sales for groups.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and General Manager to develop and execute MICE and Group hotel sales and marketing strategies, supported by the VP of Sales.
