  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales for the groups and MICE segments.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in the MICE sector and use insights from market analysis to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  • Conduct site inspections, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to prospective clients and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
