They are currently delivering at two tennis clubs in Letchworth and Milton Keynes as well as several schools, sports clubs, and other local facilities.

Along with the many fantastic DRH Coaches, DRH Sports are committed to being the best when it comes to providing tennis and sports coaching for all ages and at all levels.


Job description / The role:


We are looking for someone who will be located at Letchworth tennis club (with the possibility of remote working) to oversee the day to day running of and organising the bookings onto various aspects of both venues programmes, new enquiries, and maintaining communications with players and parents.

Objectives


This position will work closely with DRH Sports management to be part of growing the programme and raising awareness of what is on offer to the local and wider communities.


The Role:

General programme management:

  • As directed by the DRH Sports manager and business development coordinator, facilitate general programme administration.

Internal programme promotion/retention:

  • Promotion of the programmes to the internal user base along with ensuring that the various retention tools are utilised to keep our customers engaged and involved in our programmes.

Record keeping / Compliance / Reporting:

  • Programme register organisation (as per our Ofsted requirements), Staff qualification/accreditation management, invoicing, financial reporting.

Programme membership checking:

  • Ensuring that all those on our tennis programmes are members of the respective tennis clubs they are a part of (as directed by the respective tennis clubs).

Requirements:

  • Exhibit excellent customer relations
  • Have confidence when speaking to members of the public on the phone and in person.
  • Experience in administrational duties.
  • Be efficient when using IT programmes such as Microsoft and social media platforms.
  • Display excellent timekeeping being reliable is essential.
  • Display competence and initiative when working alone as well as being part of a team.
  • Have an interest in sport and fitness is recommended but not vital.
