Food and Beverage Reservations Team Leader to join our Team

As our F&B Reservations Team Leader you will be able to build relationships and with regular guests ensure they are welcomed, and the team are aware of preferences.

You are passionate about delivering great service.

You are able to provide high quality of service standards and high accuracy for all group reservations ensuring relevant platforms / systems are up to date, whilst looking for ways to improve processes, systems, or products.

You can demonstrate collaborations with other departments and key stakeholders around the hotel and ensure special request are communicated to relevant departments in timely manner, following up on activities that need to be actioned driving conversations as well as sales updates.

Proactively upselling to drive the revenue within the private dining room spaces. You are able to handle guests queries and complaints, a problem solver
