We are currently looking to recruit a Bespoke Events & Private Dining Executive to join our Food & Beverage Service Excellence team at Edwardian Hotels London.

This role is very important to the smooth running of events within the bars and restaurants across our portfolio.

Overview:

  • As a Bespoke Events & Private Dining Executive, you will assist the Bespoke Events and Private Dining Manager in every aspect of the event, to ensure they meet the guest expectations and more.
  • Convert enquiries into sales, be proactive and reestablish old contacts whilst strengthening current relationships.
  • Project manage private clients' events, parties and weddings, communicate and set appropriate timelines for every event.
  • You will present key information to the teams regarding the client's requirements, VIPs, dietary requirements to all departments concerned as well as pre service briefing, where necessary.
  • Work closely with the F & B Managers, Restaurant and Bar Managers, Head Barman/Waiter/ess and Chefs to achieve success indicators and perform effectively in areas of responsibility.
  • Assess guest complaints/issues taking proper,prompt, and effective corrective action to ensure the best possible satisfaction to our guests.

About You:

  • Have full knowledge of the food menus, bar and wine products.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Experience with Open Table and other online booking channels would be beneficial.
  • Ability to make decisions by clarifying goals, sharing perspectives, identifying options and created a way forward.
  • Have a close attention to detail.
  • Be creative and innovative.
  • Be flexible and adaptable.
  • Be passionate in your job and an enthusiast.
  • Have good planning,time management and networking skills.
