Padlocked Self Storage is seeking a superstar to join our team and help us keep things running smoothly on a Saturday, with flexibility to cover sickness and holidays when necessary.

As a customer service adviser, you'll be the backbone of our operation.

You'll be responsible for greeting customers with a smile and helping them find the perfect storage solution for their needs.

You'll also be a whiz at paperwork, handling everything from rental agreements to billing with ease.

But that's not all We're looking for someone with a sense of humour and a can-do attitude. Someone who isn't afraid to take charge and make things happen.

Think you've got what it takes? Here's what we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A love of organization and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office etc.)
  • A positive attitude and a sense of humour
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Taking credit card payments over the phone and in person
  • The ability to work alone

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 5 per week

£10.42 per hour
