Skills and aptitudes:

Essential criteria:

  • Clear concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Detailed knowledge of patient pathways
  • Skills in data management and analysis, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience:

Essential criteria:

  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly in administrative or coordination roles.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment

Desirable criteria:

  • Previous NHS experience
  • Previous experience of Patient Administration systems

Education & professional Qualifications:

Essential criteria:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C or above.

Desirable criteria:

  • NVQ Level 3, BTEC or equivalent in a relevant field
