Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily banking tasks, including APAC exposure and multi-currency handling
  • Efficiently allocate cash and oversee Cash In/Out processes
  • Update cash forecasts for accurate financial planning
  • Minimize unallocated cash impact on operations
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable & Receivable for seamless transactions
  • Conduct detailed and precise reconciliations
  • Utilize financial tools like Sage for data management
  • Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIFs

Requirements:

  • Background in daily banking operations, especially with APAC currencies
  • Strong cash allocation and cash forecasting skills
  • Understanding of minimizing unallocated cash impact
  • Experience with AP & AR teams cooperation
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in reconciliation tasks
  • Familiarity with Sage software
  • Adept at Excel/Google Sheets with advanced functions
  • Local to Reigate or open to office-based work initially
