Job Description


Reporting to Senior Treasury Director you will create impact within our FinanceTeam, within the Business PartnersCapability. You'll contribute to management of liquidity in the company, whilst assisting with the implemention of a new TMS. At Jellyfish, we are committed to fostering professional growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • You will accomplish daily cash management and debt management for the cash pool
  • Monitor and forecast inflows and outflows of cash
  • Support group entities with issuance of bank guarantees
  • Support liquidity management for Treasury operations
  • You will execute wire transfer and reconcile cash positions
  • Manage FX operations
  • You will Support the onboarding of new bank accounts, and rationalisation of legacy accounts
  • Manage KYC process for Bank Accounts
  • You will support in the implementation of Treasury Management System (FIS/Integrity)
  • Support the administration of the TMS and Banking Platforms
  • Drive process improvements in TMS reporting, and interfaces between the ERP (SAGE) and the TMS
  • Administer the intercompany loan portfolio
  • Provide reporting to Treasury Committee in absence of Senior Treasury Director

Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury management
  • You Have a finance-based educational background and/or relevant experience in a treasury role
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate good organisational skills, and a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to communicating with senior Management
  • Analytics & Reporting - You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
  • Process Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
  • Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
  • Problem Solving - When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
