I am currently recruiting for a senior customer service advisor for a high end brand based in West Malling.
The role will be working In the customer relations team providing and supporting customers with a high level experience
The day to day duties for the senior customer service advisor:
- Supporting key accounts on customer relations issues
- Supporting customers on their customer journey
- Providing high end technical support to customers
- Updating inhouse systems to log cases
- Booking in call back appointments for customers
- Building professional relationships
- Provide presentations to customers
- It is essential you have a clear background in customer service working for a high end brand, or working with corporate accounts.
- You will be friendly, and have an excellent telephone manner.
- High level of English and Maths written and verbal.
- Have strong customer relations experience and previous knowledge of ongoing customer relationship building.
- Good presentation skills
