Key responsibilities as Home Manager:
- Lead and inspire your team to provide top-quality care
- Oversee the daily operations and care of Service Users
- Manage resources efficiently, maintain high occupancy rates, and ensure financial performance
- Promote independence, choice, and overall improvement for Service Users
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including CQC and NMC guidelines
Desired skills and experience for this role:
- Compassionate and supportive nature
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Previous experience in managing large services
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per year. This is a full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours per week on day shifts. In addition to a rewarding role, you will receive the following benefits:
