Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical assessment and treatment services to patients, including conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice standards.

  • Provide education and training to junior staff and learners, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level, supplemented by post-registration diploma level specialist training and/or short courses or demonstrable extensive experience in the relevant specialty.
  • Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level, with a strong background in clinical assessment and treatment services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ability to analyze and assess situations, determining appropriate action and making sound judgments in complex situations.
  • Willingness to advance own clinical knowledge, skill, and competence based on current evidence.
