Purchase Ledger Clerk - The Role

Duties will include:

  • High volume processing of supplier invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Prepare and process payment runs
  • Assist in preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Agree sales ledger balances and payment dates with customers
  • Assist with other tasks within the accounts department

Purchase Ledger Clerk - Skills and Attributes

  • Able to work as part of a team and have good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Well organised and have excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working with high volume transactions
  • Previous accounts office experience preferable
