This is a vital role in the Marketing, Recruitment, Communications and Events (MRCE) Team at the triple-accredited University of Liverpool Management School.


The Admissions and Scholarships Administrator has two key responsibilities, the coordination of the MSc Scholarships process, and supporting the work of the MBA Coordinator, primarily assisting with admissions to the School¿s suite of MBA programmes.


The School has a number of Scholarships which support the recruitment of a diverse and high calibre cohort of master¿s degree students.

These Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis across the recruitment cycle across the portfolio of 20 Management School (ULMS) MSc programmes.

The MBAs are flagship programmes which are key to the School¿s reputation. MBA programmes are rigorous, demanding qualifications requiring a high level of tailored support for students.


Reporting to the Management School¿s Marketing, Recruitment and Events (MRCE) Team Leader, you will work closely with the University¿s Admissions Team, and any other relevant internal and external stakeholders.

You will have 3 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.

This post is fixed term from 2 September 2024 until 1 September 2025.
