NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Essex area, on a permanent basis.
They are a charity with an excellent reputation and with a Good Ofsted rating, so you will be part of a very nice working environment. They are using a therapeutic approach and they provide a lot of therapeutic training.
Responsibilities:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee between foster families located around the Essex area, mainly around Southend, Harlow, Hornchurch, Chelmsford, Billericay, Brentwood, Clacton and Frinton on Sea. Most of their current families have long term stable placements.
They offer hybrid working, so you will only need to go to their office for team meetings and trainings.
