Job Purpose Statement

Responsible for supporting the business through the employee life-cycle, with expertise in local HR processes and practice for France and Luxembourg.

You will be embedded in the Global HR Operations team, working closely with the Senior HR Operations Managerto improve European processes and employee experience.


Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time
:

  • Managing employee queries received into the shared HR mailbox
  • Manage all employee lifecycle tasks which include contract generation, background screening, transfer, change of terms, leave of absence and leavers
  • Ensure HR processes are delivered in line with company guidelines and statements of procedure
  • Creation of country process documentation and templates
  • Partner with payroll and benefits teams, where applicbale

Key Capabilities

To be successful in this role you will have
:

  • Knowledge of French employment legislation
  • Team player who can support the wider generalist team during times of absence and higher workloads
  • Experience working in a similar role within HR
  • Comfortable with managing data and compiling calculations for payroll
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and reporting tools. Specific experience with Workday is a plus
  • Strong sense of service with good communication skills and adaptability to different contexts
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Interest in process improvement and automation
  • Desire to work in a multicultural environment, with constant international interactions
  • Fluent in English
