Aquent GmbH is seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Generalist to become a vital member of our HR Business Partner team. This role is pivotal in supporting over 4,000 managerial staff across various European nations. The HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in the EMEA region serve as trusted advisors, providing insightful guidance to enhance both customer and employee experiences. Our HR Corporate team operates collaboratively across multiple locations, managing corporate personnel across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordic countries.
In this role, you will engage with various business and HR stakeholders, including:
• HR Business Partners dedicated to executing the HR strategy tailored to their respective business units.
• Specialized teams, such as Employee Services (responsible for HR administration), Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
Core Responsibilities:
- Advising HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on organizational change initiatives.
- Overseeing performance management processes, both informal and formal.
- Addressing complex and sensitive employee matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Conducting development workshops aimed at enhancing managerial effectiveness and capabilities.
- Providing support on Employee Relations cases, with a strong understanding of UK employment law being essential for this position.
- Identifying training needs to foster functional and leadership skill development.
- Assisting Leaders with career discussions and growth planning.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in HR, ideally within a multinational context.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation.
- Expertise in consulting on organizational policies and building trust through high-quality guidance on people-related issues.
- Ability to function as a 'generalist' across various Corporate sectors, collaborating with leaders to deliver prompt, effective, and high-quality consultation.
- Proficiency in another European language is advantageous.
