Overview
Soltech IT provides a comprehensive range of IT services and hands-on ICT / computing support to over 700 business and education (primary schools) clients across the South West of England.

This person will provide financial & administrative assistance directly to our Finance Manager to meet the financial obligations and objectives of the business.
Key responsibilities and requirements will include:
- Raising sales invoices
- Processing purchase invoices
- Checking / matching client payments
- Dealing with customer queries with a high degree of care and ownership
- Credit control
- General administration duties
- You should have an eye for detail, along with being efficient and organised
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Previous experience of QuickBooks (training provided as required) or similar accounts system like Sage would be beneficial
Benefits include a company pension, company bonus scheme, free on-site parking, pro-rata holiday based on FTE of 20 days, plus additional holiday during the Christmas / New Year period.
