Are you an experienced Administrator or Document Controller looking for a remote and flexible role for the next 6 months?

Octavius are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.


We are looking for a Administrator to join us here and support the delivery of safe and efficient projects in our Rail division.

You'll be working on. (what your role and responsibility is)

Prepare, authorise and file project documentation.
Create a register of live projects to maintain compliance with our Principal Contractors License (PCL).
Liaise with Rail teams to maintain the project register with up to date information.
Collate, store and label all project files in the correct SharePoint locations.
Provide compliance monitoring metrics.
Prompt and monitor delivery teams to undertake the regular reviews of core project documentation.
Assist the Rail team through quarterly reviews of the Network Rail standards catalogue update.
Undertake other support and administration tasks as required and requested by your line manager.

You'll bring(your wealth of experience & qualifications)

Excellent knowledge of MS 365 Products, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and Excel.
Past experience in administration or document control is required (training on our systems will be provided).
Understanding of the concepts of document management and able to implement these within our system.
GCSE min 5 at Grade C or above.
Demonstration of good English, IT and numeracy.
