THE ROLE


The primary purpose of this role is to provide support for nominated customer accounts and support for the area business manager team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.


Day to day you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting on key metrics
  • Providing analysis of commercial data
  • Assisting in preparing presentations and proposals for customers
  • Supporting key administrative functions such as letters of offer; contracts; forecasting
  • Leading specific process improvement initiatives
  • Providing support for nominated customer accounts
  • Supporting Account group and site negotiations
  • Identifying and developing account growth opportunities
  • Managing debtor compliance on nominated accounts
  • Investigating disputed claims for nonpayment of invoices
  • Coordinating and monitoring of all forecasting within region
  • Maintain and overtime monitoring system for the region and ensure that costs are invoiced to customers
  • Analysis of key data, trend analysis
  • Monthly KPI reports
  • Coordinate statutory compliance for the area
  • Assist with the development and update of Customer Account Plans

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong business administration background, with experience of allocation of work to operators
  • Strong IT competence (SAP, Excel, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes)
  • Excellent data analysis and problem solving
