The Strategic Key Account Manager plays a vital role in enhancing and nurturing relationships with up to three Regional Key Accounts in EMEA, supporting their transformative plans for powering Europe and beyond.

As the Strategic Key Account Manager, you are essential for the long-term success of the business, focusing on key areas:



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact at Fluence for customers, building a strong network across functions and geographies.
  • Participate in key account events and industry movements to gather insights and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and execute structured account management programs, including regular business reviews and negotiation of agreements.
  • Collaborate with customers on improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for upselling services.
  • Ensure alignment across business units, regions, and functions.
  • Create cross-functional engagements to facilitate the achievement of key account objectives.
  • Drive performance objectives, sales targets, and revenue goals to advance account performance.
  • Develop customer growth plans and strategies to meet financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience, with 3 years in account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Economics, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding customer expectations and sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and fluency in English, with a preference for additional languages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Results-focused, customer-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent leadership abilities.
