Service duties:

  • To meet and greet members and visitors as soon as they arrive, providing a warm and inviting welcome and 5star service to everyone who enters the Bingham Riverhouse.
  • To identify the needs of our members' and guests together with opportunities for communicating and upsell our services to support their experience of The Bingham Riverhouse.
  • To process all guest reservations across all facilities and cancellations in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to business policies at all times.
  • Build a rapport with members to create a friendly and familiar environment, going the extra mile always, to create an engaging and relaxing environment for them.
  • Be the first point of contact for members and guests, representing our ethos always, breathing life into the Bingham and bhuti.
  • Ensure that the member journey and experience is second to none times, identifying any issues or opportunities to improve, and communicating these to management.
  • To conduct tours of the facilities in the absence of the membership team.
  • Liaise with Event Managers to ensure that all rooms are prepared and ready for clients.
  • Familiarise with details of each in house and arriving guests.
  • Perform guest check in and check out according to Bingham standards.

Sales & Reservations duties:

  • To carry out administrative duties such as menu printing, mail handling, booking meeting rooms, arranging couriers as and when required.
  • Confirm all restaurant reservations for the next day/follow up on any outstanding non confirmed for the present day.
  • Process restaurant/hotel reservations.
  • Receive F&B orders for members and guests on check in for appointments, proactively maximising upselling opportunities at all times, and handle payments.
  • Maintain and showcase a detailed and up to date knowledge of facilities, including upcoming events and offers, to maximise upselling opportunities and all times, proactively promoting these to members.
  • Check upcoming bookings, notes and deposits, as required.

General duties:

  • Lead as a rolemodel and proudly deliver our promise to our guests and the Bingham
Riverhouse family by providing world-class service, with elegance, creativity, and

unfailing attentiveness.

  • Ensure the premises are presentable at all times; restock supplies when necessary; ensure umbrellas are always available for bedrooms guests and members.
  • Assist the Membership team in monitoring challenging members and work together to encourage positive use of Bingham Riverhouse.
  • To have full knowledge of all the activities, events and restaurant bookings.
  • To manage the attendance of Members events and manage guest lists on a daily basis.
  • To have a daily knowledge of all events and restaurant bookings.
  • To demonstrate an exemplary understanding of the facilities, packages and promotions.
  • Assist with making taxi and courier bookings for all internal staff members as requested.
  • Communicate regular and VIP guests/ members to the wider team to build awareness.
  • Assist the Night team in the preparation of the daily handover.
  • Attend training sessions, including crosstraining with key departments as required.

General responsibilities:

  • To undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by Management.
  • To adhere to company practices and procedures always in particular those relating to discipline, and Health and Safety
  • To assist any guests who may have special needs in moving around the building.
  • To promptly report any customer complaints to the Manager on duty.
  • To ensure good communication with all colleagues and supervisors.
  • To handle lost property.
