Where you'll be working
You'll join the team at Pools on the Park, Twickenham Road, Richmond TW9 2SF. Facilities here include indoor main and teaching pools, heated outdoor pool, fitness suite, spin studio, class studio and cafe. The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

This role is for 36 hours per week and will involve working a mixed shift pattern that will include morning, daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

What you'll be doingYou'll join our front of house team, working hard to ensure that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us.
***Providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors to the centre. Taking payments, operating a computerised till and reconciling money.

What we'll need from you

For this role, you must have experience of:


  • working in an office/admin or leisure environment:

dealing with the public in a customer care/customer facing role:

handling and reconciling money:

using a computerised till/making financial transactions You'll also need excellent communication and organisation skills.
In addition, knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service are required.

What we can offer you

Starting salary £22,432pa

Salary progression range for this post is £22,432 to £26,549pa.
