Hotel Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Richmond Harbour Hotel and Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in ensuring their stay with us is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maximise revenue through upselling and room sales, promoting our hotel's facilities and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of service standards and ensure a smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
