About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Richmond Harbour Hotel and Spa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle any issues that may arise during their stay
  • Provide information and recommendations on hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions and activities
  • Maximize revenue through upselling and room sales, and ensure that all guests are aware of the hotel's amenities and services
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the front desk is always fully staffed and that all guests receive a high level of service
  • Be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy, and have a sense of urgency and a 'yes, yes, yes' mentality
  • Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and have a good knowledge of the hotel's systems and procedures
