Main Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments, registrations, and prescriptions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, as required.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including SystmOne, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
