Early Help Worker to work in the public sector.

36 hours per week.

6 months contract.

09:00-17:00


You are expected to have procedural and practical knowledge of Early Help Services and experience of working with children and young people 0-19.

This will include experience in one or more of the following:

  • Family Wellbeing Hubs or Children Centres
  • Working with children 019years, at home, community or school environments
  • Supporting young people with mental health and wellbeing needs
  • Supporting school attendance and achievement
  • Working with young people and adolescence
  • Supporting children and young people with SEND/ASC


You will have knowledge of safeguarding and be an advocate for strength-based approaches underpinned by an awareness of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE's) and trauma informed practice.
