As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to enhance the lives of our clients and help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and patient support to young adults with special educational needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of our clients
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Experience working with young adults with autism and learning disabilities
- Strong behavior management skills and ability to work with challenging behaviors
- Manual handling and hoists experience
- Personal Care and Care Certificate course completed (or willing to work towards)
