As the
HR Business Partner, your role will be crucial in advancing HR initiatives and strategies that align with the company's objectives and values. Reporting to either the HR Director of Europe and Australia or the Head of HR UK and Ireland, this role demands an adaptable and agile individual with exceptional relationship-building abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both local and global consumer markets and a strong background in navigating complex global matrix structures.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to comprehend their requirements and devise HR solutions that match company goals.
- Act as a strategic partner, offering expert advice on various HR areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Lead the execution of HR programs and initiatives across multiple regions to ensure consistency and alignment with global HR strategies.
- Be a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and suggestions to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Drive initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and development, spotting opportunities for skill enhancement and career growth.
- Proactively identify and tackle potential HR risks and difficulties, using a problem-solving approach focused on solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, encouraging collaboration and achieving positive results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, focusing on business partnership in a global matrix environment.
- Thorough comprehension of local and global consumer markets, with the ability to transform market insights into HR strategies.
- Solid business acumen and commercial awareness, adept at navigating complex organizational structures.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and credibility at all organizational levels.
- Proactive mindset with a strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, translating data into actionable insights.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
