Job description


Loft 25 Group is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced customer centric Customer Support/Care Executive to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Customer Support/Care Executive, you will provide exceptional levels of customer service, support, and care to our customers in the UK and across Europe.

There will be opportunities for career progression within the company.

You will hit the ground running and will be involved in supporting our international expansion as well improvements to our customer service processes.

About You

  • You will provide excellent customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and be responsible for maintaining accuracy throughout customer calls and through our CS systems. You must be able to provide a sympathetic ear when listening and talking to clients and be able demonstrate willingness to help and willingness to resolve complex customer cases.
  • We require an experienced call handler, be able to multitask and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be a team player and demonstrate willingness to assist your fellow colleagues.
  • You will need to be available across all 7 days (Monday to Sunday) to assist with our busy periods as this is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of Loft25.

About The Role:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and our customer support systems.
  • Handling enquiries ranging from order status, general product information, technical issues, and pricing.
  • Processing customer refunds, credits, and return/exchange requests.
  • Handling customer escalations in a professional manner and transferring them to an appropriate supervisor or peer.
  • Customer feedback requests and order follows up to ensure customers are satisfied with their product and level of customer service.
  • Communicating with colleagues in dispatch to ensure urgent orders are sent.
