We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to our valued customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our digital ordering system.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a tidy and organized cash register area.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Requirements:

  • Passion for hospitality and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
