Job Description

We are seeking a bright and welcoming individual to act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and potential clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting all visitors promptly and completing related security procedures.
  • Monitoring and responding to the information inbox and liaising with colleagues to ensure timely replies.
  • Assisting with the collation and circulation of brochures, publications, and marketing materials.
  • Managing incoming deliveries of mail and supplies and arranging collection by traders and staff.
  • Taking messages, directing calls, and providing information in a warm and confident manner.
  • Escorting guests to meeting rooms when requested.
  • Assisting other departments with ad-hoc tasks, including post, photocopying, document collation, typing, laminating, and booking meeting rooms.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a busy customer-focused service role.
  • Good basic education with GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • A courteous telephone manner and the ability to reply promptly to email enquiries.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and use initiative.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
