Working hours:
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6.30pm - Work outside these hours may be necessary during lettings and busy periods

Location:

Duties and responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Lead front of house and telephone support; managing and dealing with daytoday queries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the residents.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service
  • Arranging and develop the resident experience through, programming, initiatives, events and administration.
  • Deliver bestinclass service to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention

Lettings

  • Assist with lettings and the customer journey
  • Conduct viewings with potential customers
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring these are processed in line with company procedures
  • Coordination of all contractual agreements, tenancies and leases

Social Media

  • Produce relevant content across appropriate social media channels
  • Assist in managing the developments social media channels
  • Responding to any mentions over all relevant social media platforms and engage with the social media users.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Positive, professional and customer focussed with a strong client focus and an ability to build relationships
  • Experience working in customer facing and sales roles within BTR, Lettings or Hospitality
  • Proactive and strong ability to problem solve, multitask, plan and organise.
  • Good verbal and written communication
