  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
