We are currently looking for dedicated Tenant Support Workers to join our housing client in Bradford. In this role, you'll be providing crucial assistance to residents facing homelessness, helping them secure temporary accommodation, and guiding them towards independent living while prioritizing their safety and well-being.
These are full-time permanent positions with a salary of £23,950.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and supporting residents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Introducing residents to the CHA Pathway and property details
- Explaining license agreements and house regulations
- Assisting with housing benefit applications
- Regularly updating internal software and documents
- Conducting weekly support sessions
- Developing and revising risk assessments and support plans
- Connecting residents with local support services
- Providing timely responses to resident inquiries
- Supporting residents in accessing food banks
- Offering assistance with financial budgeting
- Managing property-related issues
Requirements:
- DBS clearance
- Driving license, access to a car, and business insurance
