Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Bradford. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide respectful care and practical support to service users
- Maximise social opportunities and community engagement
- Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
Previous experience as a Relief Support Worker is essential. You will receive a full local and corporate induction. A car driver is desirable, but not a requirement.
