WHAT YOU DO

  • In this position, you will work with one of the world's largest automotive brands, developing and implementing effective social media strategies with the overall marketing goals of the brand's global social media channels.
  • Crafting content while maintaining brand uniformity and messaging tone.
  • Working within a team, building content plans and proposals, delivering alwayson content for the brand's official global social media channels.
  • Working with the design team to create exciting visuals and videos.
  • Utilising existing content to make rewarding social posts and maximise their potential based on social algorithms.
  • Understanding the social community, their needs and how to get the most from them, and turning that into creative ideas and executions.
  • Remaining updated about emerging trends and changes in social media with an interest in the field.
  • Confidently leading the client through both your own and others' ideas and knowing how to sell in great creative.
  • A good understanding of social analytics and how to interpret that data.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a demonstrated professional background in social media, whether through internships, work experience, or your own creator background.
  • Demonstrated a professional background within social media, content creation or advertising, with at least 3 years experience in the field.
  • A good understanding of and keen interest in social media algorithms, trends, and best practices, for both global brands and Corporate Influencers.
  • Experience generating social ideas for brands (automotive experience is a plus).
  • Great understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and optimal approaches.
  • Excellent written, spoken, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and help brief other teams on concepts.
  • Robust organisational capabilities and exceptional attention to detail of their work.
  • A generally confident demeanour in virtual and real spaces when presenting and debating in front of teams and senior management.
  • Proficient at operating under pressure and achieving timesensitive objectives in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of who your audience is and tailor messages to meet its needs.
  • Ability to confidently hold internal information and discussions in certain topic areas.
  • Have an active interest in automotive and follows the sector personally.
  • Confident in driving new cars (often required for shoots).
  • Positive, proactive team member, with a drive to deliver bestinclass social media content and channel management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are highly beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Available for international travel as and when needed to fulfil your role.
