About the role

The Senior Creative & Content Manager is a new role to support scaling and optimising our omni-channel content. You will act as a content and creative bridge, focusing on building and testing a roadmap for the creation of new and evolving content across all Threads channels. You will be a key stakeholder in Threads Media Solutions, supporting pitch ideas and social first creative insights. You will establish the social first creative playbook, a comprehensive guide for how-to deliver engagement and sales across all social platforms.

You will work with the wider team to conceptualise and produce engaging visual content across all of our channels including but not limited to social channels, website, and digital marketing (paid ads and email). Continuously developing our bold, distinctive brand identity, you will lead the design of powerful creative that spans social posts, website content, online ads, email campaigns, video and more. You are accountable for visual consistency and maximising impact across every touchpoint and stage of the consumer journey.

You will provide vital direction and input to the creative and content teams to ensure campaign success and continued brand alignment.

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we're really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 3 days a week together in the office.

Requirements

You Will:

Support the business' commercial strategy, ensuring that all brands are "seen" on social media regardless of market demand. Ideate, test and develop powerful market leading content at scale that is both culturally relevant and on brand for the Threads audience. Lead on defining Content direction for the website, working closely with the Fashion Director to highlight key thematic stories on a bi-weekly basis. You will be a key stakeholder in Threads Media Solutions, supporting pitch ideas and social first creative insights. Oversee and contribute creative concepts and visuals to bring marketing campaigns and content to life. Collaborate with teams on ideas. You will provide vital direction and input to the creative and content teams to ensure campaign success and continued brand alignment. Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Digital team to understand performance of content and optimise for each round of testing. Lead creative and content team by providing feedback and guidance. Motivate team members and foster professional development to maintain the highest standards of output. You Have:

A clear understanding of global social media trends that resonates with the Gen Z and millennial audience. Creative thinker with solid commercial acumen. Understanding of paid strategies across social platforms , including best metrics and KPIs to set in support of organic content strategy. Creative first mindset, ability to craft market leading content around product stories Up-to-date with the luxury fashion brand landscape, fashion trends and designers. An ability to balance art and science delivering creative, first to market ideas that support commercializing social media accounts, within a commercial environment, balancing inspiration with commerciality.
