We are looking for someone who champions our values to join us in London as an Operations Coordinator.

Main Duties:

  • Ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated via our workforce management system, fulfilled 6 weeks in advance.
  • Act as a deputy to the Area manager, ensuring service continuity for the customers.
  • Support other Operational departments, in line with demands.
  • Establish trust and effective communications with all frontline team members in your department.
  • Support Shared Services, in resolving any queries raised.
  • Undertake and document Supervisory Visits (in person) to employees, quarterly, not seen by the Area Manager or other Supervisor.
  • Ensure that holiday requests are approved on a daily basis.
  • Ensure shift requests are actioned daily.
  • Review and feed into improvement of processes.
  • Ensure that daily shift arbitrations are accurate, and any overtime is agreed with the customer.
  • Support the Trust Score initiatives, encouraging team members to participate openly in reviews and surveys

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the security industry or a team coordinator role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build strong relationships with team members, colleagues, and customers.
  • Proficiency in using workforce management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in the absence of the Area Manager.
  • A proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
