Sentrium is a cyber security consultancy specialising in advisory and penetration testing services, and has grown quickly since the company started five years ago. This position is the first marketing hire, giving the opportunity for the ideal candidate to grow their career quickly alongside the success of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and web.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as graphic designers, copywriters, web developers, and media partners.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance and impact of marketing activities, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI) metrics to inform future marketing strategy.
  • Manage and update the company's social media accounts and website, ensuring the consistency and quality of content.
  • Collaborate with internal technical specialists to plan and develop engaging content that appeals to the target audience through multiple channels.
  • Support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and budget.
  • Organise, promote and attend events, such as trade shows, webinars, workshops, and represent the company's brand and values.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and news, to enhance campaign value and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a B2B marketing role - technology sector experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Show a broad understanding and range of skills related to B2B marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write professional content for a B2B audience in the technology sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and creativity tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn), including PPC management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a collaborative and proactive attitude.
  • Show ability to use initiative and motivation to learn new skills.
  • Degree education in marketing or a relevant subject is desirable.
