Salary:
£22,500 per annum plus bonus.

Free On site Parking and very close to public transport links.

Working Hours Monday to Friday no evening and no weekends.

25 days paid holiday plus paid bank holidays.

Responsible for:

  • Answering all inbound calls via the automated dialler system
  • Resolving any issued raised by customers.
  • Accurately logging issues raised using an internal CRM system.
  • Processing data

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
  • Have an ability to work well under pressure.
  • Provide attention to detail.
