Hours Per Week: 37.5
This role will entail working as a team with other Lead Employment Coaches to support with the delivery of our Access to Work (in Work Support) to individuals with a range of Neurodivergent conditions.
The post will provide coordination support to the Senior team ensuring that team members have all paperwork required for month end, chasing up and keeping track of customers starts and completions on programme and collating case studies to showcase the work of the team.
This will be a very varied role, therefore the individual needs to be pro-active and have a flexible approach to their job role.
Our employment services team is constantly developing new projects and you will be involved in developing ideas for these projects and have the opportunity to be involved in delivering elements of new projects as and when funding is secured.
