We have an opportunity within
Customer Services for someone to join the team at our Haslingden, Lancashire site.


Working in a small team you will act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer for all aspects of service and Customer Care.


In summary the role will involve:

  • Preparing of quotations.
  • Processing orders.
  • Handling Customers queries.
  • Raising Credit notes.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge.
  • Complete understanding of pricing.
  • Basic Product Knowledge.

Knowledge and Skills needed in this role:

  • Intermediate to high level of ability in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
  • Be an excellent communicator and have an ability to deal with all internal and external customers.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Knowledge of D365.

Hours of work
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday. On occasion there may be a need to work extra hours depending on job demands.
