With hybrid working and a salary of up to £45k.

You will lead and support on the development of an L&D framework and a range of learning interventions.

You will be partnering with business functions to identify and measure current and future skills and building relationships with third party trainingproviders.

It is essential that you have experience within a strategic L&D role previously, ideally within an FDA regulated environment.
