This organisation are looking for an innovative learning and development professional to join their growing team. This is a permanant, fullyremote role delivering apprenticeship standard in learning and development consultant business partner level 5 and Coaching Professional L5 to successful completion of the programme. This organisation has been voted as one of the top 3 training providers inthe UK, voted by apprentices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Trainer in Learning and Development, you will be responsible to:

  • Deliver apprenticeship standard in learning and development consultant business partner level 5 and Coaching Professional L5 to successful completion of the programme
  • Conduct engaging sessions remotely, classroombased knowledge, and face to face
  • Ensure all learners are ready for endpoint assessment and experienced quality standardsbased in required guidelines
  • Collaborate with employer, learners, and delivery teams to have a consistency in delivery techniques assessment
  • Ensure to hit KPIs and goals of the apprenticeship programme

Experience and Skills:

As a Trainer in Learning and Development, you will need the following to be successful:

  • A relevant Learning and Development vocational experience and a Coaching background
  • Learning and Development qualifications at Level 5 (CIPD) or above
  • Coaching qualification at Level 5 (ILM, CMI) or equivalent
  • GCSEs English and Maths at Level C or above
  • Education and Training Award at Level 4 and a qualified A1 Assessor is desirable
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
