Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our team at In Technology Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on JavaScript frameworks and database technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deliver, and assess training programs that help students develop real-world coding skills.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as slides, exercises, and projects.
  • Assess and mentor students by providing feedback on assignments, helping them troubleshoot issues, and offering career guidance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in JavaScript, databases, and related technologies.
  • Develop customized training programs for corporate clients or bootcamps.
  • Assist in curriculum development for new courses or workshops based on emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Trainer, with hands-on experience in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and database technologies (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and RESTful API design.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
  • Back-end technologies like Express, Node.js, and GraphQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse learners.
  • Experience in mentoring or teaching groups, both online and in-person.
