As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping, architecting, and implementing their next-generation benefits platform, leveraging personalization, experimentation, and AI/ML methods.
  • Apply your expertise in React / Javascript / Typescript and/or Python to deliver high-quality applications as a leader, contributor, and mentor on an agile, cross-functional team.
  • Contribute effectively across the tech stack (web, backend, mobile, data, ML) to consistently deliver user and business impact.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A mindset and approach similar to that of a Founding Engineer, with a passion for building impactful products from scratch and a history of doing so for at least one early-stage startup.
  • A track record of thriving in ambiguous and uncertain environments, and a desire to shape the future.
  • 5+ years of professional experience building customer-facing Web/Mobile Applications with a combination of Javascript / Typescript and/or Python.
  • Experience developing with React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.JS, and backend REST APIs.
